Layer, Benjamin Hubert’s design agency, in collaboration with Danish brand Muuto, designed the Strand Pendant Lamps, a set of five ceiling-hanging lamps in different formats. 

The collection showcases a balance between sculptural presence and soft luminosity, making it a striking yet functional addition to contemporary interiors.

Lightness Shaped by Nordic Elegance

The fluid, organic forms of the Strand lamps are inspired by Muuto’s Nordic design language, combining simplicity with warmth. Crafted from a fine cocoon resin material that diffuses light gently, the lamps create a cloud-like silhouette while offering both ambient and direct illumination. Their versatile shapes allow them to stand alone as statement pieces or work together in harmonious clusters.
